Supports the Barts Health Youth Forum and and advocates for the importance of involving young people in “what matters to me”.

Roshni is a qualified Children’s Nurse with over 18 years experience. She qualified at City University. Her previous role was Young Adult and Transition Diabetes Nurse Specialist.
Roshni was involved in setting up a Young Adult Diabetes serivce with “outside of the box” nursing concepts including Peer Support group, Dance group, World Diabetes Day Festival.
Roshini is passionate about the use of co-production and active involvement of young people to be included in educating MDT healthcare professionals on improving young people’s health, the process of healthcare transition and advocating their voice for active change in service provision and calling out inequalities. She is also a member of Barts Health Youth Empowerment Squad.
