Pippa is a registered Children’s and Adult nurse, a Research Fellow in Transition at the University of Surrey and Lead Practice Educator for Health Inequalities at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust (GOSH). Pippa is also a member of the Clinical Academic Faculty at the Centre for Outcomes and Experience Research in Children’s Health, Illness and Disability at GOSH, and completed her PhD in Child Health at UCL Great Ormond Street Insitute of Child Health in 2022.
Special interest areas include child health, health inequalities, digital health, young people’s transition for children’s into adult healthare, mixed methods research, medical ethics, bioethics and medical law. Pippa has volunteered as an Expert Member of GOSH Paediatric Bioethics Centre and its Rapid Response Team for over ten years and has gained recogition as a fellow of the Higher Education Academy for her contribution to teaching.
